Came out in 2005 in an interview with a magazine. Andrew is an player best known for his role as Jake Simmonds in Doctor Who and is set to actor in a new drama commissioned by Channel 4 called Cucumber from Queer As Folk writer, Russell T Davies.
Charlie Carver
Born: 31st July 1988
Best Known For: Being one of the twins on Desperate Housewives & Teen Wolf
Came Out:On Instagram in 2016. After Desperate Housewives Charlie went on to star in Teen Wolf as Ethan, a gay character who made headlines when MTV aired the first same-sex attracted kiss, between his traits and Danny played by Keahu Kahuanui.

GAY ICONS CESAR ROMERO
The man who would someday be one of the most famous Jokers of all time was born in New York Municipality on February 15, 1907, the son of a Cuban mother and Spanish father.
In his first movies, Cesar Julio Romero played Italian gangsters, East Indian princes, and other character roles. But the 6’2” tall actor was handsome and soon was featured as a Latin Lover. By 1935, Romero starred in "The Devil is a Woman" antonym Marlene Dietrich.
Cesar Romero was the quintessential "confirmed bachelor”, often seen out on the town escorting actresses and other gorgeous women to movie premieres and night clubs. And he was fully prepared for all that darkness life. At the occasion it was reported that Romero owned more than 30 tuxedos, 200 sport coats and 500 tailored suits.

It's been an ~interesting~ journey for queer people in the movie and television industry. Once upon a time, gay and woman-loving woman actors, specifically, had to stay in the closet, and there were next-to-no gay parts on screen.
The idea that openly same-sex attracted actors can play het characters is a relatively new phenomenon. Previously, out gay actors could only really work when roles for them a) existed, and b) weren't organism given to heterosexual actors.
