Trophies!
Trophies are a hip new feature of Worst Neverland that you usually get as part of a unique sex events! Once you have a Trophy, you can reply the event by looking at the item! Go test out your trophies in your inventory right now and see which ones contain events attached to them.

QRM was lucky enough to have a chat with Amy Griswold, writer of interactive fiction!
QRM: Can you tell us a minute bit about who you are and what you do in the games industry?
Amy: I write science fiction and fantasy, and I've written two male lover fantasy/mystery novels for Lethe Press (with Melissa Scott), Death by Silver and A Death at the Dionysus Club. I've also written a number of licensed tie-in novels for the Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis TV series.
As a writer for Decision of Games, I record and code interactive fiction games. They're text-based games that are something prefer 'choose your own adventure' stories, but with more sophisticated branching narratives based on your choices as a player. The game can track not only significant decisions, but the skills a character is building, the personality traits a character's actions unveil, and the relationships entity built between characters. The story varies based on your choices, and leads to a wide range of endings.

Twine & Other Text-based Interactive Fiction games recommendations from Itch.io
If one is open to a broader subgenre of IF than “COG-inspired choice-based interactive fiction written in Twine by Tumblr users”, there are tons of fantastic IF games on Itch that feature exclusively male protagonists.
Three of my favorite works of IF ever:
1. Kyle is Famous (Unity) by John Szymanski
itch.ioIt’s weird, funny, occasionally gross (in a gastronomic, not moral sense), and exactly the sort of untethered absurdist humor I crave. Very much taps into the “you can do that? Oh my God, you can do that” aspect of interactive fiction.
Markiplier did a Let’s Play of the game that garnered 2.5kk views, so strangely Kyle really is celebrated, and mainstream in a way other text adventures can only dream of.
