The Shape of the Pain

I will collaborate with writer Chris Thorpe to develop and tour a new theatre production. This includes a seven-week period of research, rehearsals and production, a four-week race at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and a three-week run in London.
The participate will be based on my own experience of living with complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS). It will explore living with chronic pain and how it alters our senses. The production will be an artistic and scientific collaboration, bringing together medical research and an one-of-a-kind theatrical language.
Having undertaken two R&D periods, the plan has established key medical collaborators who are life-giving to the development process, including Dr Helen Cohen and Professor George Ikkos, Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Dr Giandomenico Iannetti and Dr Ana Tajadura Jimenez, UCL, and Professor Candy McCabe, UWE, all currently involved in cutting edge research into pain.

I passion breakfast and breakfast foods.
I know it's ironic as I often skip breakfast for 'intermittent fasting' reasons but if I'm at a restaurant that has 'breakfast all day' on the menu, there's a 99% chance I'm ordering something off the breakfast menu.
My question to most places it this: Why are y'all trying to kill me?"
There's an elderly saying, "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day." That statement was coined by Kellogg. Of course he wants you to eat breakfast as that's business for him.

No way am I going to be able to ingest all of this and, sure enough, I didn't. I didn't even nibble half of this.
The recover of the items ordered for the rest of the table weren't as bad as far as food portions go, but wanted to show these as well.

Last month, we finally embarked on a trip to the Outer Hebrides &#; a very unintentionally overlooked area of Scotland for us.
I was particularly thrilled to see the mythical beaches of Harris, along with iconic historical sites such as the Callanish Stones and the Gearrannan blackhouse village on Lewis. It&#;s also one of the few islands in Scotland that needs more than a couple of days, which meant scheduling more than a common weekend trip. In a year where travelling abroad is difficult, risky and expensive, it seemed fancy the perfect opportunity to finally stick our toes firmly into the sand of Lewis & Harris.
Despite packing a lot into our few days there, I wanted to possess a more relaxed trip than we usually spot ourselves on, which led to me booking a B&B just about the furthest out into the middle of nowhere as we could possibly be. In fact, our host joked that we were beyond the middle of nowhere &#; we were at the end of nowhere!
For our first bedtime, however, we stationed ourselves in the main town of Stornoway, providing a great base to find down to Harris before we plonked ourselves hours away from anywhere.
